Raspberry Pomegranate Lemonade Smoothie

Why I made this: Summer is here! What better way to enjoy summer than with a lemonade packed with lots of vitamin C and extra antioxidants! I couldn't help but add a lemonade smoothie to my collection.

Why you should try it: If you like tart drinks, or are looking for a lighter, sweeter smoothie, this will hit the spot. This is also a good healthy substitute for those sugary lemonades to serve your guests or for the kids :)

Serving Size: One 16oz smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of romaine
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 lemons, squeezed (depends tart preference)
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 cup of coconut water ​
