Hey Friends! I am kicking off a new post where I can share my favorite and fun things that I am into these days. I've been so grateful when I have come across great things that people share be it resources, articles, books or just great things! That said, below are some of my favorite things right now. What I'm Reading "Feelings are for Feeling." That' right, that is what they are meant for--to be heard, spoken, felt, and explored. If you don't allow all the feelings to be felt (even the icky ones), then they just comes back to find us, and often get that much stronger. If you've been taking any of my online classes lately, you know I have been citing this quote lately and singing Glennon Doyles' praises. I've been reading her book, Untamed. This is such a lovely tale what it means to lead with your heart and truly embrace the life that you fully deserve. Other great quotes that I love:

Other Cool Things I am absolutely obsessed with these motivation cards from Kris Karr. These Crazy Sexy Love Notes are perfect motivation resources and I literally use all the time. There are many motivation cards or affirmation resources our there, but I've found these to be one of the best. Primarily because I think they are legit "magic!" LOL I am not sure if they are, but it seems that whenever I do pick a card from this deck, it reflects that I really need to hear in that very moment--its kind of creepy to be honest! It's like my inner self is talking to me and guiding me to that very affirmation. At any rate, they are a great pick me up. I pull one whenever I feel like I need something to cheer me up during the day, or guide me in the morning or even after I meditate. I thought I would resurface and share, as I think we would all use some love and positivity right now. Check it out enjoy some healing! Like these resources, or don't like? Interested to get your take! Please share.
Also if you have other great resources, please DO SHARE!

About MeWho am I and do why write this blog? Each time I ask myself that question, I find that I have so much more to learn and discover. "Who am I" is an ongoing process, and just when we think we've figured it out, life has its way of throwing us a ton of curve balls-but that's why its called a journey. Archives
