Good News! Serenity Sunday Community Yoga at
Dumbarton House is BACK for Summer 2021 in new formation! 

As things slowly open back up, we'll be kicking-off our Summer season with both 
IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL LIVE STREAMS of our classes every Sunday at 7am PT/10amET. 

CLASSES START June 6 to AUGUST 31

​We are grateful for this community and honored to bring our classes to you in the comfort of your home so that everyone still get their yoga on and STAY SAFE! ​

There's an option for everyone to get their yoga on in a way that best suits your style...
And I can still get to teach you all virtually from CA :-) 

​How Does it Work Exactly?
  1. Dumbarton will host classes both  virtually and in-person on the grounds at Dumbarton House.
  2. Classes will rotate between in-person or virtual - there will be a virtual class every other week.

Similar to past years, classes are all levels 60 min and donation-based (suggested donation $5)

If you’ve been recently impacted by the crisis, we don’t want that to deter you from taking care of yourself and joining, so please join anyway. If you are able, We ask that you pay what you can.

Have you been wanting deepen your practice outside the studio or take your yoga with you anywhere you go? Then my Develop a Strong Home Practice Workshop is for you!

Whether you want to deepen your yoga practice or do more yoga on the go, developing a consistent home practice can be an important tool for self care and enhance your class experiences or help take your practice to the next level. 

Come learn the basics of how to build a regular home yoga practice that meets your needs and lifestyle. Students will also explore the components of a strong home practice, how to maintain their practice outside the studio and stay motivated.

This workshop is great for beginner and advanced practitioners, or anybody looking to develop a home yoga practice.

In this workshop students will:
  • Understand the components of self practice and why we do it
  • Explore the components of a basic practice and how to sequence things to meet your needs
  • Learn how to dedicate the ‘right’ amount of time for your practice
  • Gain tips on how to set up their home practice space, stay motivated and more!​

Realignment Studio's VIRTUAL summer workshops are by donation offerings.
Please pay what feels right from $0-100.

All donations received will be shared equally between the teachers and Black Lives Matter DC.
Through the workshops Realignment aims to continually be in community and connect you with the practice of yoga,
fund our out-of-work teachers during COVID closure, and lift up voices for social justice.
