2020, what a freaking year. This ever-evolving twin pandemics has changed the course of our lives! While I am still processing my own journey through it all and still finding the right words to articulate it--the one thing I do know for sure, is that we cannot get through this alone and how we care for ourselves matters. And, the more we can resource our community, the better off we all are. 

Last year, I've created a new ONLINE WELLNESS page on my site with a host of resources, free meditations, and details about my new online wellness series for organizations and groups. If you've also got resources you are leveraging, please let us know! We'd love to update it.
