ONLINE Wellness Series
Balancing the daily stressors and demands of our lives and at work is always a challenge. It's a journey that takes time, attention, and care, but it's one that we each deserve. Reclaim your right to be happy, healthy and whole! Start with you, start small, and perhaps start at the workplace!
Let's face it - social distancing and COVID-19 has undeniably impacted our lives, shifted the way we work, and forced our community to juggle many competing demands. During these uncertain times, it is even more critical that we take time to come together, support one another and our community, and more importantly, take care of ourselves in the process. If this crisis has taught me anything, it's that taking care of ourselves and our people matters, and even more so now. That said, I’ve launched some new series offerings to support communities in this time of need.
What we practice grows stronger. If you are searching for more ways to practice mindfulness, kindness, and stay grounded amidst all the instability, these series of offerings might be for you or your colleagues!
Full details are below. Any of the offerings can be offered as a standalone or custom-built as a package to best support your team’s needs. Connect with Alia and learn more about building your custom wellness series for your community.
