Why I made this Smoothie: I love mangoes and needed a new smoothie! Most days my go-to is a simple daily green smoothie with pineapple, but every now and then I need to switch things up. At times making a completely new smoothie can take up a lot of time, and on days that I am in a rush I just keep it simple - It has to be sustainable in order for me to make it a habit! So I just switch out my fruit and keep the greens the same. Mangoes are a great option because they are high in vitamins A and C and good for your skin. Fennel is also a great cooling veggie that is fragrant and great for digestion. Mango Greens Smoothie (Mango, Cilantro Kale, Romaine Fennel, Mint) Serving Size: 16oz smoothie
