Throughout my professional career, I often poured myself into serving others, until I realized the hard way that 'I didn’t have to lose myself to give to others.' As a recovering perfectionist, yoga and meditation became a pathway back to myself — guiding me to reconnect with balance, presence, and the freedom to see what is truly possible.
