From energizing vinyasa flows to restorative and chair yoga, I design classes that meet students where they are. My teaching emphasizes accessibility, breath, and alignment, inviting you to build strength, flexibility, and calm while reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm. Whether in group classes, private sessions, or kids’ yoga, my goal is to make movement both grounding and joyful.

Life has taken me on a new journey out west to California! While I am no longer teaching regular classes in the DC area, I look forward to returning for special workshops whenever life brings me back.
