​From energizing vinyasa flows to restorative and chair yoga, I design classes that meet students where they are. My teaching emphasizes accessibility, breath, and alignment, inviting you to build strength, flexibility, and calm while reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm. Whether in group classes, private sessions, or kids’ yoga, my goal is to make movement both grounding and joyful.

Life has taken me on a new journey out west to California! While I am no longer teaching regular classes in the DC area, I look forward to returning for special workshops whenever life brings me back.

Here in the Bay Area, I am curating new offerings and will be sharing updates soon. In the meantime, all of my classes are now available online through live Zoom sessions by booking a private session tailored just for you.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, find balance, or simply take a mindful pause, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

I now offer live Zoom classes and in-person private sessions—bringing the benefits of yoga to your home, workplace, or personal practice space.

Types Of Classes
​

 ✨ Chair Yoga
Accessible and supportive movement for seniors, beginners, or anyone looking for a gentle yet powerful practice. Perfect for improving mobility, balance, and confidence—no mat required.

​🔥 Power Vinyasa
Dynamic, flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. A strong practice to energize the body and clear the mind. (60–90 minutes)

🌙 Yin & Restorative Yoga
Slow down, release tension, and restore balance. Long-held postures and deep relaxation invite stillness and renewal. (60–90 minutes)

🌱 Kids Yoga (Ages 3–10)
Playful, imaginative sessions designed to introduce children to mindfulness, movement, and breath. A wonderful way to help kids build focus, confidence, and joy.

  • Zoom Classes – Join live from anywhere. Set up a class and time that works for you and your community. 
  • Private Sessions – Personalized, one-on-one guidance tailored to your needs, available online or in-person by request.
