Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of equity, leadership, and organizational sustainability — supporting nonprofits and education partners to align strategy, systems, and people. My consulting practice is anchored in the belief that lasting impact grows from strong, human-centered leadership, healthy cultures, and systems and operations that not only drive results but also show us how to sustain them with clarity and care.
I bring over 20 years of experience in partnership development, operations, and systems building, with a focus on designing structures that foster collaboration, accountability, and trust. As a bridge-builder and connector, I specialize in bringing people together to do the work with equal measures of clarity and compassion. With a strong eye for systems, I excel at navigating ambiguity, designing processes that drive operational excellence, and ensuring that strategy is not only envisioned but also implemented with precision.

Yoga, mindfulness, and workplace well-being have been central to my own journey, grounding me in presence and resilience.
